As the Responsible Managing Officer and owner of Stonehammer Construction Inc., he oversees projects across multiple disciplines — including general engineering, building, concrete, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and paving. With active California CSLB licenses in these trades, our fund has the unique advantage of executing projects with full in-house control, ensuring efficiency, cost savings, and quality at every stage.

His track record spans site development, entitlement, infrastructure, and ground-up construction — with a consistent focus on delivering projects that enhance value and maximize investor returns.
